Margaret & Kyle got married in November at Laurel Falls Venue, with their close family all gathered together for a weekend away in the mountains. They started their day getting ready in the cabins, where I photographed their details before the ceremony. Vanessa of Adventure Officiant officiated their ceremony in front of this gorgeous mountain-view background with all of their family gathered. Following family portraits, we explored the property to take their portraits at sunset. After the sun went down, we headed down to the reception barn where they enjoyed a candlelight dinner with their families.
Laurel Falls is located in Asheville, North Carolina (just 20 minutes from downtown), on 18 acres of land tucked away in the mountains. There are 4 on-site cabins to sleep up to 19 guests, making this the perfect venue for couples who have guests traveling in from out of state for their wedding. They offer a variety of different outdoor spaces for your elopement, including 2 ceremony spots with stunning views of the mountains, 3 reception spaces to choose from (a barn, patio and porch), as well as trails and waterfalls on the property for portraits.
I truly couldn’t think of a better way to blend the adventurous feel of a mountain elopement with the comfort and convenience of a wedding venue than getting married at Laurel Falls.
